Steve ClarkSteve Clark has developed a broad range of experience in industries as diverse of pest control and fund management. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.Steve's expertise lies in three main domains: information systems, change management, and customer communications management. During his career to date Steve has managed multi million dollar IT projects, customer contact programs reaching several 100,000 consumers, and expense reduction projects in areas as diverse as fulfilment systems and professional service delivery. With the firm underpinning provided by his diverse range experience Steve now focuses on strategic issues effecting firms servicing niche groups of stakeholders.
