Tim CutfieldMBA (Macquarie) PG Dip V & O (Lincoln) BSc (Canterbury).Tim has a diverse work history, with roles from Vineyard management, computer systems installation, Accounts administration, Debt collection, Treasury management, business owner. He has experience in all levels of industry from start up through to multi-billion dollar aircraft leasing. Initially educated in New Zealand and more recently in Australia, Tim’s career has taken him from the sheep and beef farming to Kiwifruit and vineyard management in New Zealand’s North Island to IT&T in London and Dublin and on to his current position in global aircraft leasing based in Sydney. This diverse work experience, both in breadth of industries and roles within these industries, allows him to take a refreshed look at business strategies while his role as a owner and director of a small start up company allows a pragmatic and realistic approach to the implementation of strategy. With a focus on the raising and management of business finance, his experiences with his own company have resulted in Tim gaining a firm understanding of the bank products available to companies and what the applicant will have to show to secure such facilities. In his current role with one of the top five global Aircraft Leasing companies, Tim has been involved in the Strategic Development Committee and the sale of the company with the associated cultural and reporting changes.
